An Opening to an Original Story Inspired by the Study of Feminist Literature

Alan was an ordinary man, not particularly strong-willed or handsome. Yet, his appearance gave a certain intellectual presence, he was a teacher, many admired his honesty and ability to teach. Amongst the many was Julie. A young sweet student whose naivety became the centerpoint of her personality, one not so recognisable.

To Julie, Alan was her idol, seemingly unimportant to others she felt he understood her, although, limited acknowledgement was apparent. Julie longed for interaction and to know such an authorative figure. Many believed that this was not the case with Alan, he seemed shy yet professional. Predicatably wearing his turtleneck and a safe, ordinary hair cut. Julie thought quite the opposite.

Alan, seemingly unaware of this carried on with his everyday routine. Everything seemed ordinary, that was until the disappearance of Julie...
